The great thing about the Masterbuilt ESQ30B Electric Smoker is that digital control, which is very easy to use and and control the temperature settings. I got a Masterbuilt ESQ30B Electric Smoker for sale at Bass Pro shops, one thing I always do with this electric smoker is leave the vents open all the way to prefent the smoke from being stale.
