The great thing about the Masterbuilt ESQ30B Electric Smoker is that digital control, which is very easy to use and and control the temperature settings. I got a Masterbuilt ESQ30B Electric Smoker for sale at Bass Pro shops, one thing I always do with this electric smoker is leave the vents open all the way to prefent the smoke from being stale. A feature which I like is the adjustable latch that sucres the door which is a great change from magnetic door closures. Adding wood chips is easier with this Masterbuilt ESQ30B Electric Smoker then older masterbuilt electric smokers. This more advanced system to place wood chips also features a pan that holds several loads of used chips making it easier to dump out the ashes. Lastly the even with the Masterbuilt ESQ30B Electric Smoker is at it's max temperature of 256 degrees, the outside is still cool to touch making it one of the best insulated smokers I have seen.
